About the Project
4-H is the nation’s largest youth development organization. Over 230,000 members in the State of Florida help to make up the community of more than 6.5 million young people across America. 4-H is a non-formal, practical educational program for youth. Florida 4-H is the youth development program of Florida Cooperative Extension, a part of the University of Florida IFAS.

Florida Hog & Ham Program

Leadership Washington Focus
Leadership Washington Focus (LWF) is a 4-H leadership program for youth entering grades 7 through 9. The program will take place at the National 4-H Youth Conference Center, just 1 mile from the Washington, D.C. border on June 20-24, 2016. Know more by clicking here
Horsemanship School
One week of Horsemanship School will be held in Gainesville at the UF Horse Teaching Unit on June 19-24, English (hunt seat, dressage, gaited). 4-H Horsemanship School is open to 4H members who are between the ages of 11-18 years old as of September 1, 2015. Know more by clicking here
